Within each of one us are reservoirs of untapped joy, wellbeing, and peace. Through the practices of Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama we have an opportunity to tap into these radiant aspects of ourselves and bring them forth into our lives. My purpose is to love and serve the upliftment of our consciousness. I am honored to be of service to those who are seeking a greater sense of well-being and transformation in their life!

Her Journey

“My journey on the yogic path began here in Miami at the age of thirteen. A simple book introduced me to the basics of meditation, yoga asana, yogic nutrition and lifestyle. I was fascinated and in love. Over the years Miami has nurtured my path as a yoga student and teacher the most, and it is a beautiful thing to be able to serve the community that raised me and gave me so much!

I have found refuge in meditation and yoga in times of loss, difficulty, and stress, but it was not until a fortunate meeting in NYC with Spiritual Master Amma Sri Karunamayi that my purpose and path became crystal clear. This meeting propelled me to travel to India for meditation with Amma, and brought me a deeper commitment to growing spiritually.  I currently travel to India every year to study and deepen in my practice with my teacher, and I am blessed to return and share the energy with my community.

The search for truth and peace has taken me on many, many, journeys and has now returned me to where it all began: Miami! Ultimately you don’t have to travel to India to find the Divine, it is here now within you. Like an onion these yogic practices have the power to peel away all that you don’t need, transform, uplift, and bring you home to your most true and radiant self! My job is to share these gifts with love, so that many benefit from these teachings and return home to that peace within themselves.”
