Power Flow – focus on quality of the breath while absorbing our bodies changing shapes, gaining inner and outer strength and flexibility. This class has everything you need to start your week right. A power flow to groovy beats to gain strength and flexibly in a safe environment with focus on alignment. Get sweaty and open in your physical body to prepare for short breath work and meditation to calm the mind. All levels are welcome!  $20
