Start your meditation practice with a strong foundation
Have you heard of the benefits of meditation and wanted to try it, but feel it may be too hard to sit still for so long, and don’t know where to begin? A group class is a great way to have the support needed to begin your meditation practice. This class will cover the basics of setting up for a good meditation.
We will discuss the common obstacles faced during meditation, and you will receive the tools to go through them with ease. We will set up for a great meditation session. After you are welcome to ask questions and share your experience with the group.
With a good foundation, and the support of other mediators your practice will surely grow over time and bring you all the gifts that meditation has for us!
Please wear comfy clothes, bring some water. The studio has blankets, seats, and cushions for your use.
