Freedom Through Movement
FLOW= A state of ecstasy achieved through total immersion in the present moment while doing an activity we love. It’s what we may often refer to as being “in the ZONE”. It’s the dance between doing and simply being. It as if every action arrives swiftly and effortlessly in coordination. There is no separation between the artist and the art. For, if not for the artist, there would be no art.
This yoga class will be an infusion of ashtanga, vinyasa, and restorative yoga. We will start the class with a grounding meditation, bringing total awareness to the present moment… Allowing ourselves to unwind, unravel, clean the canvas and begin again. We will explore how to harmonize the breath with intentional movements, coming in-tune with the natural rhythm of life. As our breathing gets fuller, we can feel ourselves softening, opening, getting more spacious inside. You’ll go deep in an inspiring practice that nourishes the soul and invigorates the body, building flexibility, strength, and ultimately, FLOW. By aligning the body, we bring alignment between what we think, say, and do. This practice allows us to free ourselves from any limitations holding us back, creating space to let the authentic self-shine forward.
