Our breath is the bridge that connects mind, body and spirit. Once we experience and understand it can be used to radically improve our physical, mental and spiritual state of being.

We call this technique Breath Experience to create a container of possibility that is entirely detached from the idea of having to do “work.”

In our class we explore our breath for one hour while lying on our back while relaxed in the body. In a matter of minutes, you are transported to an altered state of consciousness that helps release trauma, clear mental debris and aid the body in healing on a deep cellular level
