The soft flickering candlelight creates the perfect environment to rest the eyes and nervous system. This gentle yoga class includes soothing breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga asana poses with longer holds. Together we are creating a sacred space for a practice designed to deeply nourish your body, heart, and mind. To aid the relaxation process we also use gentle music, props, and essential oils. You are welcome to bring your favorite oils or enjoy the teacher’s pick!
All candles used are of natural wax or soy based.
