Access a state of wellbeing and deep relaxation through the breathe
Currently many of us are experiencing a lot of stress and a hectic lifestyle. Our nervous system is constantly between fight or flight and this causes our breathe to become short and scarce. When our breathe is limited our cells are receiving the minimum oxygen they need. Free and balance the breathe and the mind will become calm, the nervous system will relax, and the body will understands it can rest and recover now.
This class is focused on exercises liberating the breath and it’s good for people that are anxious or low on energy, you will bego through different breathing exercises that help you find more expansion and room to breathe and deeply relax.
We will begin the class with an introduction to breathwork and a guided seated breathe based meditation, next we will progress to laying down with the support of blankets and pillows.
Feel free to bring any favorite essential oils, blankets, and eye pillows!
We have yoga mats, blankets, and pillows for your use as well.
