Learn some pranayama exercises to clear and circulate energy within the physical and energetic body while balancing and activating the chakras.

Pranayama is the practice of breath control in yoga while the chakras are wheels of energy that reside along the spine.

Each wheel of energy corresponds to an aspect of human life and development. Using bijas, Sanskrit ‘seed’ sounds along with mudras, ancient hand positions ~ we activate and balance these energy centers. You may then continue to incorporate these tools into your own meditation practice or come back for more.

This is a very active meditation and great from newbies who can’t seem to silence their mind!
